3. Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeat, verified infringement.
