These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IPTV Main website and subscription service, operated by Iptvmain Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

IPTV Main provides a technology platform that gives subscribers access to live television channels, video-on-demand content and an electronic programme guide over the internet, for use on your own personal devices.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions are offered on a fixed-term, prepaid basis (e.g. 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) as set out on our Pricing page. Access is provided for the duration purchased and does not automatically renew unless stated otherwise at checkout.

3. Acceptable Use

• Your login credentials are for personal use on your own devices and must not be shared, resold or redistributed.
• You must not attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service infrastructure.
• Sharing or reselling access may result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% server uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as delivery also depends on your own internet connection and device. We perform regular maintenance and content updates, which may cause brief interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iptvmain Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including loss of enjoyment or third-party content availability changes outside our control.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
