Install VLC or IPTV Smarters
Download VLC Media Player (videolan.org) or the IPTV Smarters Windows app from their official site.

Open the network stream option
In VLC, go to Media > Open Network Stream. In IPTV Smarters, choose 'Add User' with your Xtream login.

Paste your playlist URL or credentials
Enter the M3U URL or username/password from your welcome email.
